Goal Setting

If you don’t know where you are headed you will never get to where you want to be.  The premise of this blog is that improvement in your life is possible when you change your thinking.  In order to change your thinking you must not only be open to change but also proactive in your own improvement.  Goals are a great way to be both intentional and forward thinking.

Here is a slideshow that I created which will help you to think forwardly. It works well at the end of the year but I think it is a helpful goal setting exercise anytime of the year.
